Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Enter your company name, email and a password and you're in. You get 14 days free. After that it's $149/month, and we ask for a card only when you choose to keep going.
Which permits does it build?
Windows and doors first, plus roofing and fencing. It's built for South Florida: Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties and the cities inside them, using the same libraries the full PermitAIO uses.
Do I have to type my license on every permit?
Never. You enter your contractor info once, under My Contractor, and every form and package fills from it.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Add jobs, update a permit's status and number, and open your package from your phone or tablet. Drawing the floor plan is easiest on a tablet or computer.
What happens to my jobs if I upgrade?
Nothing moves. EZ Permit Builder is part of PermitAIO, so upgrading just turns on more tools. Your jobs, forms and plans are already there.
